| Immersed in the countryside, near San Gimignano, an oasis of tranquility in an isolated position, away from other houses is part of an ancient medieval village currently uninhabited. The apartment is part of an old stone building which is currently the only restored the first floor. Around the building there is a large green space in part formed by the park of Villa contiguous and partly by a large lawn overlooking the Val D'Elsa. The house has no heating, but the residence is equipped with a large antique fireplace . This is not the dishwasher and the washing machine is used. The small bathroom has a comfortable shower. |

| The entire Tuscan village of enchanting beauty and the city center was declared World Heritage by UNESCO in 1990. San Gimignano is famous for its superb towers that stand out among the hills and vineyards that surround it, unmistakable and visible from far away today.
