| Lovely self-catering apartment –accommodation for 2/4 guests - located in a charming a recently restored 13th century stone manor house. Independent entrance from the gardens with a very spacious open plan living/dining area, excellent facilities, ecological swimming pool and panoramic views on the Tuscan landscape. Perfect for couples and for small family groups. Away from traffic and only at few kms far from Cities of Art. The villa’s accommodations consist of 2 suggestive reception rooms and 5 refined self-catering vacation-accommodations, of different sizes and typology, with excellent facilities. The whole holiday house inside a very large equipped gardens (20.000 mq) with the panoramic 15X7 swimming pool. Torre del Guado, with its reception rooms + the park is a superb cerimonies and wedding location. |

| GINESTRA is the name of one of 5 a lovely self-catering apartments for rent, with independent entry from the garden. This 2 level apartment with 2 rooms, occupies 75 m².- On ground floor: 1 living room with fireplace, TV sat, double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen corner (4 plates, gas, refrigerator, ice compartment, electric oven), dining table for 4, washing-machine. On the first floor you can find: 1 large double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, bidet, sink, WC. Single heating with counter, bedding, towels and tablecloths are provided in every apartment. In the environments a refined and welcoming atmosphere in the yellow tonalities. 2+2 guests. 2 are the guests accommodated in beds. Other 2 guests can be accommodated on the double sofabed ( Daily surcharge: € 10 a day per/guest). |

| * For history and art-lovers this area everywhere is very rich and interesting for Etruscan tombs, Roman remains and medieval towns and, very famous, Signorelli, Perugino, Pinturicchio frescos in addition to the 'Piero della Francesca trail' around Arezzo, Sansepolcro & Monterchi. There are a number of music festivals in the region, including Umbria Jazz in Perugia in July. For those of you who prefer to indulge in sporting activities: -Trekking, Horseriding: 2 and 5 kms, Tennis courts, gym, 2 kms, GOLF: at 6 kms, -Fishing 4 kms. - Lakes Trasimeno and Montedoglio provide water-sports, trips to islands & a small beach, Sea: less than an hour by car. -Thermal baths ( Fontecchio) and beauty farm 15 kms. |
