| A lovely farmhouse with private garden, balcony and terraces. A huge and fully equipped ground floor kitchen leading onto outside terrace with views towards the hill top town of Camerino, perfect for al fresco eating. Shared above ground pool (6mx1.5m), big trampoline. |

| Three double bedrooms (one ensuite) of which one can be converted into a sitting room. Dining room and large terrace with views across valley. All has been sensitively restored with handpainted detail making it unique. On the ground floor there is a huge kitchen leading out onto two more terraces with views towards Camerino. (we use this during our painting courses) There is also a private garden fringed with quince, fig, walnut, plum, and pear trees. |
