| Finca La Venta is composed of 3 independent units (El Aljibe, La Tosca and La Atarjea), fully equipped and with large common areas. Each unit, with capacity for three guests, has a kitchen, living dining room, double bedroom and bathroom. The house also has television, washing machine, dryer, garbage-recycling facilities, water reservoir for rainwater collection and is equipped with a solar panel water heating system. In the common areas, guests will find a reading room with wood-fed heater and minibar, outdoor courtyards, solarium, autochthonous plants gardens, BBQ, traditional oven, cellar and a mini-swimming pool with Jacuzzi. |

| The house is located in the small and peaceful town of Las Vegas, an ancient farming complex that became the municipality of Granadilla de Abona in Tenerife. The Teide national park is the outstanding feature in the various nearby natural areas surrounding the house that offer the opportunity to practice many nature activities. El Médano and Los Abrigos, at a mere 20 m from the house, are old fishing villages where guests can find the best natural beaches of the island and the opportunity to practice water sports; guest can also have a taste of their wide gastronomic offer. |
