Las Riquelas is a 200 years old traditional Canary Islands house. The exterior shows a mixture of two typical Canary Islands architectural styles. In one side, the oldest part of the house is lined with stone, and the other side is painted in yellow, showing the stone in the corners for aesthetic reasons. Casa Las Riquelas gives a peaceful and comfortable feeling which helps the guests to leave aside any accumulated tiredness and stress. The bright living room with fireplace and overlooking the sea has satellite television and a music system. The house has 3 bedrooms for up to 6 persons. To provide maximum comfort for the guests, the house has 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. In the outdoor areas, our guests will find a very large and furnished garden with swimming pool, a large terrace and a BBQ. |

The house is located in the municipality of El Sausal; once they have crossed its doors, guest enter a marvellous space: a very colourful magnificent garden from where guests can gaze at the deep blue ocean and enjoy the wide view of the horizon, and at the top of the property, the very romantic stone house... At around 500 m. above sea level the sea, in Ravelo area, guests can see, right in top of the Barranco Cabrera, the borderline between El Sauzal and La Matanza, a very green agricultural region whose vineyards are well known. Nearby, guests can find some traditional winemaker's cellars. |
