| The elegant spacious non-smoking apartment on the ground floor of a villa, enriched by green vegetation, just completely renovated with wood floors for maximum comfort in the decoration and furniture, is surrounded by a large rear garden and a large porch near the entrance which looks at the aromatic part of the garden (there are: a tree lemoncino, rosemary, lavender, sage, etc..). If you want, in the front porch, you can dedicate to your reading or sipping a local wine. From the apartment opens the magnificent view of Assisi, world heritage, the city of San Francisco and the place of priceless works of art, just a few minutes away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment a swimming pool and tennis courts ,supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. A long green path that skirts the river Chiascio, is a few hundred meters far. The relaxation area is between the orchard and vegetable garden where guests can pick whatever they want for free. The wireless internet is free in the apartment. The owners love the art and Umbria, so they are entitled to give you the most important information and tips to build your ideal vacation. That's also why the price you pay is inclusive of everything (towels and bedding, laundry, internet, electricity, use of outdoor oven pizza, a bottle of red wine of welcome, the basic ingredients for your cooking oil with sugar, etc.) . |

| Villa Marconi is located in an ideal location for visiting all the medieval villages and towns of Umbria and central Italy. In fact, from the apartment with no more than 45 minutes by car you can reach Gubbio, Spoleto, Todi, Orvieto, Lake Trasimeno, Frasassi caves, Marmore waterfalls. Perugia is about 10 kilometri far . Moreover the apartment is located in a central position between two seas: the Tyrrhenian and I'Adriatico, allowing you to quickly reach the one or the other. You can go both to Rome and Florence in less than two hours . The train stations of Bastia Umbra and Assisi are located a few kilometers away. Should you land at Perugia airport, we would be happy to pick you up free of charge. If you arrive by car: A1 motorway exit at Bettolle , direction Perugia, and then towards Assisi. Exit at "North Bastia" . |

| The surrounding area offers a rich calendar of cultural events , festivals and celebrations that are promptly suggested to the guests in the apartment. From June to September you can choose on a daily basis which medieval village to visit for for one of the many festivals. In specific periods of the year there are Umbria Jazz, Perugia Chocolate, Spoleto Festival. The nearby Assisi and Perugia offer a huge choice of restaurants, bars, local drinks only, museums, cultural sites, exhibitions, etc.. We will be happy to advise those places which, although beautiful, do not receive much attention from tourists, but it is important not to lose as the Hypogeum of the Alumni or the Archaeological Museum of Perugia or the smallest theater in the world. |
