| About 200 meters from the nearest lake awaits you this beautiful and well maintained holiday home, an interesting address for people who like peace, fishing, rowing, swimming or just want to relax without direct neighbours.You will live here at a very quiet and peaceful place with a little traffic, particularly during low season. The house can be reached without any problems also in winter. The nearest place worth mentioning is "Ostmark", which is 8 kilometers away and has a wooden church, a small supermarket and a café. Torsby is a bit larger and is located about 20 kilometers from Ostmark. There you will also find the famous ski tunnel where you can go for cross-country skiing on snow all year round, but also all kinds of shops and facilities like an indoor swimming pool. |

| Fishing, rowing and swimming in lake (approx. 200 meters). Walkingtrails start directly from the house. Several mountain bike trails. Furthermore, in the vicinity of Torsby and Ostmark you can do various outdoor activities, such as kayaking, horseback riding, quads, etc. A visit to the various nature reserves, e.g. Finnskogen (25 minutes) and Hovfjället (45 minutes) should not be missed. A visit to Oslo is within a 2 hours drive, and the cozy town of Karlstad within 1 hour drive. |
