| The ground floor consists of a bright, airy bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and veranda that opens to the garden. The upper floor has two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, 2 bathrooms, spacious living and dining area and open plan kitchen. The terrace surrounds two thirds of the house, and the view is breathtaking. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils. There are 2 washing machines in the house. The bedrooms are bright and airy, and have ceiling fans. Al windows have built in mosquito nets. The garden is typically mediterranean, with blooming oleanders, olive trees and an enormous fig tree. There is a BBQ in the garden, and private parking within the house gates. |

| Villa Magnolia is set in a quaint fishing village, where the sea is truly pristine in its beauty. Swimming and snorkling are favorite passtimes. Howewver, there are many paths for walking or hiking among magical olive groves. It is an excellent base for sightseeing, since all the major tourist sites, such as Trogir, NP Krkra, Split, are 1/2 hour driving distance. |
