| The elegant spacious non-smoking apartment on the ground floor of a villa, enriched by green vegetation, just completely renovated with wood floors for maximum comfort in the decoration and furniture, is surrounded by a large rear garden and a large porch near the entrance which looks at the aromatic part of the garden (there are: a tree lemoncino, rosemary, lavender, sage, etc..). If you want, in the front porch, you can dedicate to your reading or sipping a local wine. From the apartment opens the magnificent view of Assisi, world heritage, the city of San Francisco and the place of priceless works of art, just a few minutes away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment a swimming pool and tennis courts ,supermarkets, bars and restaurants are very close. A long green path that skirts the river Chiascio, is a few hundred meters far. The relaxation area is between the orchard and vegetable garden where guests can pick whatever they want for free. The wireless internet is free in the apartment. The owners love the art and Umbria, so they are entitled to give you the most important information and tips to build your ideal vacation.
