Villa Escoffie is a charming country farmhouse which is ideally located in peaceful countryside yet has easy access to cultural sites, regional activities and shops. It is situated in the hills above the mediaeval village of Plazac in the heart of the Perigord Noir. The property is set in landscaped gardens and has 7 hectares of private grounds with meadows and woodland. There is a private swimming pool which has wonderful views across the valley. The Perigourdine farmhouse has been tastefully restored in the regional style, with pale yellow limestone walls, exposed wooden beams, oak parquet floors etc.
